| I know I have a lot to learn and I am willing to learn and I want to learn. I am continuing to learn as much as possible. I also know I have no idea of what to expect. The sites i have been to have shown me how little I do know. Which in turn makes me hesitant to post here though I have posted twice this is the third and I am so afraid I am going to step on someones toes so to speak that I am in a state of frozen hesitation. Also it is very difficult for me express what I want to say my family has told me for years I need to learn social skills.

First off welcome to the Pork. Secondly we all have to start somewhere, nobody wakes up one day and knows everything about the Lifestyle, it's a constant growing and learning experience.
Have you checked out the other forums in the D/s Community? on the Beginners one there are some threads with suggested reading materials and websites that others have found useful in the past.
Also there are several D/s chatrooms.. Inner Sanctum, The Chamber, The Lair, Leathers, Dark Reflections, and Pandora's Box.
The Chamber and Leathers are public rooms and open to A/all and lurking is allowed, the others are member owned rooms. Everyone is welcome however some of the rooms choose not to allow lurking and since it's their room that is well within their rights, but everyone is friendly and willing to answer questions and help out where they can. At least that has been my personal experience here.
