Five Wisconsin residents have been charged with criminal counts of voter fraud in the November 2008 general election, state Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen announced Monday.

Two of those charged – Maria Miles, 36, of Milwaukee, and Kevin Clancy, 26, of Racine – worked for the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN), the embattled community organizing group.

Your original thread attacked Acorn, as the reason for these criminals even being alive it seemed. Now, you seem to have some kind of understanding they they defrauded Acorn instead.

Here's a link to the actual indictment for the two who worked for ACORN.

You'll notice that there were no "voter fraud" charges on the indictment, because you can't be charged with "voter fraud" unless you cast a vote fraudulently - and nobody did.

What these two former employees were charged with was election fraud - specifically, falsely procuring voter registrations. They defrauded ACORN by turning in false registrations instead of doing the job they were paid to do. Their supervisor noticed the fraudulent registrations and reported them, triggering the investigation.

ACORN is required by state law to turn in all registrations and to flag those they think may be false, which usually results in an investigation. The organization itself has never been charged with doing anything illegal, or with instructing its employees to do anything illegal.

of course the two acorn employees were special registration deputies which usually denotes a position of power and importance. makes one wonder just how high up the tree the corruption really goes.

and your proof is where? or you just making another baseless accusation? now if you're suggesting that i'm some how violating the rules and posting in another forum, then please provide cradz with your evidence - i'm sure he'd be interested in it.

oh and I'll give you a hint - there is a related post in this forum with my name on it - but - it's not quite the same.
