Sydney Rope Festival 2013
On the October long weekend in 2013, Sydney will see a festival of local and international Japanese rope never before seen in Australia.
3 days of workshops for novices, the experienced and master level in Japanese rope bondage. 3 nights of performances you will have to pinch yourself to believe are real. The very best from Australia and all over the world, will come together for an unforgettable festival.

What do we ask of an Outreach Team Member?
· You can live in the region or states listed but it is not required as long as you are able to promote FolsomFringe within your assigned area.
· Join or be a member of a list of groups/organization s that would attend FolsomFringe.
· Dispatch email promotion on time per the group calendar.
· Look for opportunities in which FolsomFringe can help better get the word out about our marvelous event.
What do we provide?
Your marketing emails. If there is a special group or event you'd like to market for specifically, we are open to you writing the email, or we will write it for you.
Marketing materials. Have a bar or a shop or community bulletin board that would accept posters/bar cards/other stuff? Let us know, and we'll have it made and sent to you!
Ad trades, donations for charity. Is there a small event in your region that has a program, or a drawing/raffle for charity? smOdyssey LOVES to support other events as best we can. We are one community and we can almost always help out in some form.
Problem solving. Some lists you will be on will only allow one posting a month or some other schedule that does not always fit our marketing schedule. We will write a specific email just for you and your list and requests are always accommodated. Other issues? Talk to us. We can fix it, usually.

DV8 Kinbaku Intensive.
Take this opportunity to partake in an intensive on traditional and innovative Japanese Rope Bondage with Mark DeViate of DV8House - Sydney.
This intensive is for Japanese bondage enthusiasts that are looking to broaden their Japanese bondage knowledge and skills.
You will have the opportunity to explore such advanced ties as the "Lotus Seated Suspension", as well as several hishi styled kinbaku ties. Finishing off the day with an exploration that utilises what you've learnt, and applying it to what is known in Japan as "Kinbaku Chaos"…
The complete day is based on Osada Steve and Hajime Kinoko teachings and is presented to you by Mark DeViate - who is a veteran with more than 12 years of Japanese bondage experience. This includes many performances with Lani in Japan and around the world.
This intensive is limited to a maximum of 15 couples.
CONDITIONS
This intensive will be open to experienced riggers (at least be able to tie an acceptable TK tie as per Osada Steve / Hajime Kinoko styles).
Participants must be rope bondage Top/bottom couples. This means that if you qualify as a bottom, you won't be able to switch/Top.

Want to spend a weekend with unique M/s presenters Raven Kaldera and his slaveboy Joshua Tenpenny, hearing lots of in-depth Master/slave information they won’t be talking about at conferences? This is the place to be. Saturday will be the nuts and bolts of personalizing your Master/slave relationship for who you really are, and Sunday will be all about spirituality and energy work as it relates to Master/slave relationships.
Some topics that will be covered:
Polyamory in power dynamic relationships – how to make it practical and sustainable;
Team-building exercises and non-adversarial M/s; how to minimize conflict and maximize getting things done;
Coping with physical disabilities and neurological problems in M/s – how to make the dynamic into an exoskeleton to manage them;
How a master can manage a slave’s clinical depression;
Gender and M/s – what are its ins and outs, and how can we explore it further;
TPE and Internal Enslavement – behavior modification without damaging your property;
Spiritual paths of mastery and slavery, and different ways in which these paths manifest;
