The lushest flowers bloom amidst the battlefields of man, grown in the guts and blood among the innocent and damned. The greatest acts of kindness come from wicked men, depraved: offered up to God's judgment in hopes of being saved.
The mightiest of warriors are borne of oppression, risen from their weak brethren to bring them salvation. The most impassioned lovers? Those who've felt the hateful hands; discarding love and lessons past in search of gentler brands.
The wisest of philosophers, are those long tried and failed, through every false pretense, to find the Truth, at last, prevailed. If strength be born of pain, indeed! then mountains can you move: 'tis each exception, not the rule, this single lesson prove.
