I am an active Facebook subscriber. I don't imagine I am alone in being a member of The Pork and Facebook.
Facebook will hit 100 million members+ by years end (they are 90 million now).
Please consider adding Facebook options here at The Pork.
I'm not quite sure what to specifically suggest but embracing social networking could prove beneficial to The Pork.

| | | | not a good idea.. Facebook is it's own thing & i already get peeved off with all the applications there.. i love the pork as is & don't really want it to turn into a Facebook or Myspace thing..

| No offense ML but I'm not here to promote usage of other sites on the net... 
I'll keep it in mind though once I get back to working on the site again after finishing up some major projects I have at work right now. |

Cradz, would you consider adding profile options so we could add the URL of our profiles on other sites like Facebook, Myspace, Flickr etc? I don't even think we have an option to put a personal URL in right now. This would be mostly unobtrusive but still helpful.

Under Contact Details you can add a couple of URLs.
Is that what you meant ML? I thought it was some web service or feed you were talking about. |

I didn't actually want the Contact Details feature. Too revealing and too open. I prefer the invitational option for Facebook and the sharing button that most news and blog sites offer.
