Thank you for persevering here with the disaster recovery at The Planet. As others stated and I echo, you kept us very well informed.
The Planet, you and your staff dealt with a crisis as effectively as all could. It was an unfortunate outage. An electrical fire catches everyone off guard. Thankfully no one was injured or hurt in the meltdown.
Glad to have The Pork back. Please get some much needed rest tonight and tomorrow Lee and staff at The Pork.

Unfortunately we did lose a few hours of data from yesterday evening so that's why you're seeing some posts/topics are no longer on the forum and if you added/edited/deleted items in your account in some way it'll be back to how it was yesterday afternoon.
Thankfully the ISP booted up those servers (even if it was only for a few hours) as I managed to get the data off and set up a new database server.
The Voice/Video chat is offline but as nobody seemed to use it lately I don't see that as a problem. I will be removing that system from the site soon anyway and working on an updated HTML based chat that will integrate voice/video chat |

Oops. Never mind. It was the settings. They must have reset when the site was down. Everything is back to normal now. |
