I remember when we were children,
Oh, how we would laugh and play…
Now we are no longer children,
Because time took that away…
I remember when we were teenagers,
Oh, how we would cruz the town…
But, we’re no longer teenagers,
Because time had let us down…
I remember the night of the party,
you were swaying high and low…
You whispered don’t worry baby,
I’ll make it, I’ll drive real slow…
I remember how I begged and begged,
Pleading for you to stay…
For that was the last time I seen you,
Because time took You away...
