Looks like they have found the problem. His Gall Bladder is massively infected and they found several mid-sized calcified deposits (stones) We're waiting on an ultrasound this afternoon, but he is home at least, where i can take care of him...He's on some wicked anti-biotics and they have given him strong painkillers, so we'll probably just be waiting now until they can schedule surgery to either remove the stones or the gall bladder.. We are thankful.. This could have been so much worse. Lupus is such a hard thing to have, because every little thing could be related to it, and potentially very dangerous, as it attacks the organs mercilessly. In this case, we don't think it's related to his lupus, so we are extremely relieved. Last time it was a massive blood clot in his brain which WAS related to the lupus, trust me when i say we have been through much worse...
We have a fair way to go, but at least now we have some answers and i have him home with me

| | | | I am so glad they found the problem tahnii..Gallbladder attacks are extremely painful. Once there are stones present they remove them along with the gallbladder. It is a very simple procedure. I had it done several years ago and feeling better then before. Laprascopy they call it, lazer in three different places. No more cutting up across stomach. Three lil scars to prove it. Good Luck to Danny and you..
