I signed up at pogo to play free backgammon..my problem was all the hoops i had to jump through to get to it..and it took forever for the java to load.... I finaly gave up..too bad too..the boards looked realy cool in the ads!
I'll keep looking for other places

check this site out..I downloaded the game and installed it..when i opened it it was full of players and tables.
