cradz,

ever since firefox updated i have been having massive issues refreshing/connecting with the pork...
...sometimes things go through immediately whereas other times it can take up to five minutes for the page to refresh
i am only having issues with this site...
...and it is definitely the updated firefox for my laptop has the older version on it and works just fine

just letting you know...not sure how to fix this one

cradz,

i'm using 2.0.0.6

...i've done the usual quick fixes on my end but it is just this site that is glitching
i've noticed a few other people having the same issue, often resulting in being booted or multiple posts...

Are you able to use IE with no problems?

Does anybody else use this version with no problems?

I'm posting with the latest firefox and it's even faster than IE for me...

Do you have the same connection issues with IE? I don't think it's the browser but a connection issue between your ISP and our ISP.

Cradz,

i have the same problems myself. i find that if i close the firefox browser and open a new one, it refreshes fine for me then, but occasionally it will 'stick' and not refresh for me for several minutes.

Another Firefox user here with glacial refresh refrates on this site solely. The html based chat I use to talk to other coworlers from home is much faster. Same connection, same browser.

Trust me, most of the names I have been called you can't translate in any language. They're not even real words so much as they're a succesion of violent images.

Have you tried the Basic (WebTV) chat style? Is there any difference?

I'll have to test in the morning and let you know, Cradz, since it almost always happens the most up until 11 or so CST.
