well i would have to say the terrian would play a big part on the winner. in a big open space all night needs to do is 2 well placed telaports and sorry bats is gone. but if he lets bats figure his little trick out he is a goner. but sence i dont think bats would expect some one to appear form no where my vote goes to nightcrawler.

enviroments that bats has a disadvantage

1)in space
2)a fencing duel
3)within the mini dimension nightcrawler pops into when teleports. *not likely any fight will happen there, only time i has seen anyone in xmen canon there was during the winding road story arc in eXcaliber*

now space batman has little experience in so he's not as capable still would give the win to bats in that case. said before i says again, the second batman loses the sword kurt goes down. and finally if in that dimension, kurt bamfs out batman barely lives with whatever respiration stuff in his belt kurt wins as batman eventually suffocates, or must call on justice league to open a rift and get him out. again though not even nightcrawler can stay there long enough to leave batman there nor would he since he's a devout christian in the good non book burning sense of the words

so pretty much bats got him beat even when the odds are stacked in kurts favor"Honestly... people who wouldn't be caught dead in a bad movie or ill-fitting clothes will go months or years with the wrong person! It's all baffling!"

we've already established that people's religious beliefs and such are not counted in these fighting matches....

I mean, did anyone see Supes go APE**** on Mongul? I mean, he was really f'n him UP!

So, that means Superman would actually kill if he had to.

As for Nightcrawler, religious as he is, he would kill if he had to.

But he wouldn't be able to teleport fast enough to get and hold Batman in the beginning. He'd have to wear Bats out, and we all know Bats will sit there until Nightcrawler messes up.

These are knock-down, drug-out slobber knockers. Kill or Be Killed kinda thing.

az=keep in mind though times kurt has killed involved the death and torture of everyone in london or similarly large scale death. same with supes. unless batman holds a city or a planet hostage or has his lifeforce connected to some demon who is rampagin across the urban jungle, kurt isnt goin to go lethal force. so bats got him beat.
