First we have the Spy who loved me, from Russia with Love, Natasha the Black Widow. She is cool. She worked with the Avengers, she is a deadly assasin trained in multiple weapons and martial arts. She is as deady as she is beautiful *wiggles brow
Her opponent is the Emerald Archer, Green Arrow. An expert marksman, he comes packing with a whole slew of gimmick arrows. Never know whats coming till ya get it.

am sorry robin hood men in tights gotta lose to natasha romanov, i mean really she got him beat in looks, brains, technology, h2h combat, morality, and scale. she was a spy, he is a local crime thugcatcher. Okay, after doing some research on both of them
I voted Green Arrow.
Now, the bonuses of Black Widow working for the KGB as well as S.H.E.I.L.D, is that she's gone through alot of espionage training, so she's secretive in her movements. It also means she can handle herself in hand to hand combat.
But, the bonuses lack one thing....
Training with Batman himself.
If the Black Widow had of trained with Captain America, then I would have given her this bout. But she hasn't. She's done a few missions, but never gone toe to toe and won.
As for Ollie, the rich boy who became poor and then devoted his life to thug-stomping...boyo got his skill from a deserted island, having to hunt to survive. This is an edge. A more animalistic venue of experience if you will. Also, he works with the JLA, off and on. And who runs the JLA? hmmm?
Yeah, Batman. And Batman trains with everyone at some time or another. And what's Batman good at? Espionage, kicking ass, and showing you your weak points.
Also, Ollie's a distance fighter whereas the Black Widow only has the wrist darts. So this gives Ollie a longer range and a helluva lot more gadgets at his use to knock her out. Besides, ....it's a chick. Ollie wouldn't dare lose to a chick unless he could get some. And judging from Black Widow's past....I don't think he'd want any of that.
So....I vote, Green Arrow.

ok my vote has to go with black widow. first and formost because well she is a redhead lol. ok but really when i was doing some reasearch on the 2 one thing stuck out about her. she fought along side hawkeye for a time. now i know he is not green arrow but i would think alot of the way they use there weapon would be the same. she will take this info and use it. so my pennys go on her.
I didn’t fight my way to the top of the food chain to be a vegetarian.

I had to go with Ollie on this one
I just think that with all of the trick arrows that he has...and the fact that he could keep Widow at bay with them....

I think this would be a great fight. And a close one. They are both great marksmen. Arrows and Darts. Though, BW has more up her sleave then just darts. She has been known to use explosives and such if needed. But, I see it coming down to hand to hand. And thats where GA would come out on top. Why? Like Az said, the Batman training.
My vote: GA.
Now only if he would lose that stupid boxing glove arrow.

ok dont get me wrong bats is one of the best trained h2h combatatants in comics, but consider widow spars with dardevil. i mean friggin daredevil. batman is superb, but DD sees things comign a lot faster."Honestly... people who wouldn't be caught dead in a bad movie or ill-fitting clothes will go months or years with the wrong person! Not gonna get into Batman vs Daredeil here, thats a WHOLE new thread all together. But Bats trained GA. DareDevil never trained Black Widow.
And even if he did, she would never be as good as DD cuz he has the sonar sense.

didnt train bw but still foiught with her on practice many times as she has with other avenger types as well, and even if trainedby batman, its not like he trained him every day for years to develop the skills of lets say robin, so even green arrow cant claim to be as good an H2h combatant as batman, so both points are moot.
