All righty. I would love for the Rainbow Room to start holding GLBT Discussion nights.
I would call myself the Dean of these events.
and as Dean, I would see to it, then on a scheduled night, that the room has an Instructor, or two, and that there are few to no disruptions during the discussion.
topics can be posted here, and if you'd like to be an Instructor, by all means.

Religion and Homosexuality.
Coming Out.
How to involve straight allies
Transgender 101 (Gender Identity)
GLBT History
Homosexuality and the workforce
Brokeback Mountain
and so forth.

i'd like to have a special GLBT/Allies icon made for Ppeople Wwho can participate in say 75% of the discussions.

I am quite certain you are not a volunteer and do not have the power to start making decisons about anything zac.....I would seriously suggest you speak with Cradz if you want to be a volunteer...
