BUCKEYES
16 oz Jif creamy peanut butter
1 lb powdered sugar
1/2 lb butter (2 sticks)
use butter for more firm, marjorine for softer middles
melt butter, stir in peanut butter till smooth, stir in powdered sugar
spread on wax paper or foil on cookie sheet
refrigerate until hard
cut into buckeye size squares w pizza cutter or knife
roll into balls - keep cold until ready to dip
1 bag choc chips
1/4 - 3/4 cake paraffin - however hard you want shell to be
melt over low heat or double boiler
use toothpick to dip into chocolate
